our bylaws were revised and approved by members on June 2, 2026 at our annual general meeting.

CUCCIO's 2026 bylaw revisions strengthen our governance by improving member participation, clarifying leadership roles, and enabling modern meeting and voting practices. The changes position the organization for continued growth, transparency, and effective representation of Canada's university CIO COMmunity.
